The Dirt (N) is one of my favourite Showbread songs. I feel like a lot of the songs on these albums are under appreciated

I'm probably one of very few people that can proudly say that these are my favorite Showbread albums.
Not for the music really, just because they have a huge meaning to me, for multiple reasons.

I've only heard a few songs and was disgusted.
But I really wanted to listen to them and read them.
When it came out I had no idea that there was stories with it so I was really rude towards showbread. I'm glad they can't hear my day to day conversations... lol
Like I REFUSED to listen to any of it.
But now I'm a bit more open since I hear there's deeper stuff involved.

You need to listen/read to A/N it's one of the best experiences EVER! I cried so hard at the end of Nervosa. I really don't listen to it by its self but there are a few songs (The Goat (N), and The Journey).

yeah, you have no idea what these albums are like unless you listen to them the way they were intended to be listened to.

I still listen to them sometimes just as music. It's much better musically than I gave it credit for originally.

I listen to just the songs more often than not. I really like them. Anorexia absolutely owns. Especially "The Dirt" and "The Death".

A lot of the songs, you can't hear the vocals too well because of the way it's mixed (to not distract you from when you're reading the stories I assume), but if you read along with the lyrics to the songs, they become a lot more listenable, I find. I listen to just the music all the time, I think the albums are great, and I say that with no shame. But it is true that you can't have a real opinion of the albums until you've listened to it the way it was intended.

The Death, The End and The Sky (N) affected me in a way I never experienced out of any music before. It was weird because those three songs (sequentially) stopped me dead in my tracks. It was the strangest thing, but I almost felt like I was partially in the supernatural realm the first time I heard them. To this day, I don't listen to them because the experience amazed me, but also made me quite uncomfortable. Nevertheless, whoever was the mastermind behind those songs (Josh?) did an amazing job with them. I still don't know what I went through but it was insane. I think I cried after too. Profound stuff.

Oh, BTW, I've never actually heard Anorexia. I can get my hands on the songs, I'm sure, but can someone send me the scans?

I just now remembered something, that being the verses at the end of every "chapter" per say of each story.
I always wanted to get around to figuring out which book each one of them was in, but apparently I'm too lazy to go and actually do it...even after a year and a half...
Originally I thought I'd just go to the "ask showbread" forum and then I thought one of you probably had them or could easily look them up.
So if anyone can give me a hand, I'd appreciate it.

The books are hidden in the stories. They're spelled out in red letters.

The red letters are a message when you put them all together. I figured that one out a long time ago.
I just did a little searching myself that basically made my post useless because I found the exponential numbers are a code for the books...always wondered what the random numbers were there for...

All the albums help me out spiritually. TFOG did the most, however.

They really are a lot better than I remembered (musically). Going back and listeing is nice without worrying about the story too.
