I feel like I'm getting a good grasp on the song Hydra... but what's the significance of the line,

"When we finally make our choice,
break our bones and they'll rejoice"

which is to say, "huh?"

Sounds sweet. I just don't get it.
What does justice look like?

I'll be honest, I do think this album is very good. But...getting a macbook pro and messing with garageband and realizing that basically every keyboard/synth/etc on WCKI is garageband made the album suddenly feel really cheap. Which is ridiculous, knowing how much time and money went into its creation. But it definitely explains the borderline cheesiness of the piano and rhodes stuff on the album. Hey, you do what you gotta do.
meh.

While this is probably my favorite Showbread album I see where you're coming from about the keyboard thing. I don't love the piano sounds (a little harsh if I'm really going to critique). But didn't they use their korg or whatever it is for the synth stuff? Either way, try not to let it detract from the song writing.

i thought it was common showbread fan knowledge that they've been using garageband since forever?

Yeah, but that doesnt mean that they couldnt at least slightly edit the presets instead f just going with the default settings.
I get up in the morning, divide by zero, howl at the moon and eat a bowl of surreal.

I don't think showbread even had macbooks until early in the tfog era. I know dies uses reason a lot but I think showbread is (was) mostly computer program free except maybe an.

doesn't matter either way, showbread is awesome because they can get away with using garageband's default settings.

Who can know it is my favorite showbread album, but I won't deny it would be better with real pianos.

This elegantly explains a portion of why I don't like this album.
