I guess they might've just played AoR to change things up. Or it fit better. Either way, it was awesome.

For me it was even more awesome. My band fiiiinally got to play with them. We gave them giant marshmallows and talked about Paula Deen. It was great fun! :D

They played a pretty short set at the show I was at. Maybe that's why it seems AoR stuff accounted for more...

Yeah maybe.
i saw them with Quiet Science and this local band.
I really liked Quiet Science, but I didn't really like Abandon Kansas that much. I felt more like I was at a fasion show then a rock concert.

They reminded me a bit of The Killers, and I'm a huge fan of The Killers. That may explain why I loved them so much.

i used to like the killers haven't really listened to them in a long time so i may or may not like them. i mean i guess quiet science was kinda good, it's just i have all the music i like already so i don't really find new bands to listen to very often.

I saw this tour and their show was fantastic. The images on the screen behind them were awesome and I loved the spotlight that was on Josh when he talked. Also, I got so excited to hear them play The Sky (Nervosa) live. That is one of my favorites. And Darth Dew. Good stuff. One of the most unique endings to a set that I have ever seen.
