Re: Cannibals

I thought it was awesome. Rabbits, a mysterious plague, and open theism. What's not to love?

Re: Movies Seen Recently

I watched the Evil Dead trilogy for the first time in my life over the past few nights.

Nothing will ever be the same.

Re: Dancing.

I've done a fair amount of ballroom and swing, and it's an absolute blast. Unfortunately, nobody around here will take lessons with me, so I haven't done it in a while. I definitely want to pick it up again someday, though.

Re: Dreams were cheap and hope was easy

Last night I dreamed that I had invited Jeremy and his friends to stay at my house overnight (which is actually not a dream). But Jeremy left and his friends just lounged around watching weird movies. Jeremy then returned in a minivan with an immigrant family he found. My parents were confused. This...

Re: Doctor Who

I want to at least vaguely familiarize myself with each of the Doctors, so I'm watching some of the 1960s episodes now. Often really boring, but sometimes enjoyable! The first Doctor really grew on me.

Re: Movies Seen Recently

I noticed it, but it didn't really bother me too much. There were a few things I had issues with, but the list of things I loved is way longer.

The Hobbit.

I loved it so much. The Lord of the Rings movies are my favourite movies of all time, and this is a fine addition to the series.

Re: Post videos you've made!

Check out this extremely Christmas-y video my friend and I made. We made the cookies, took the photos, and wrote the text last year, and this year decided to put it in video form to make it more accessible to the unsuspecting masses.

Enjoy.

Re: Movies Seen Recently

I thought Bond was great. Lots of great acting and interesting themes of antiquity vs. progress. Very cool!

Re: I saw something beautiful in something unpleasant!

Ryan is a generic wizard, but not a generic guitar wizard.

We also play on the same worship team, haha. It's been getting increasingly...interesting. I ran away to Oregon and made him play alone last Sunday. But that's an excellent way to look at the whole situation, Ryan!
